I've sent/received text messages while driving over the speed limit and with earphones in both ears.

I saw a young man text on his cell phone during a job interview once (while talking to the interviewer). Needless to say, it left a 'wonderful' impression, I'm sure (insert :rolleyes here)

Held entire conversations via text while on the interstates in snow squalls. I know it's extremely dangerous, and hate it when others do it. I'm a hypocrite, I know.

Same here. But I only get irritated when someone's driving erratically and then see that they're talking or texting on their phone. Though I text while driving, I type EXTREMELY slowly without looking at the screen going only by memory of where the letters are (pretty hard on an iPhone with a touch screen) and check my spellings only when stopped, so I like to think that my driving isn't terrible due to this (and you fuckers can keep your Asian woman driver jokes to yourself. ;) ). But who knows, maybe I'm a psycho driver as well thus making me a hypocrite.
